Baldikoski Enterprises LLC is a licensed independent insurance brokerage located at 346 Alva Ln, Costa Mesa, CA 92627-2371. All website content is informational and does not constitute a contract of insurance, an offer of coverage, or financial, tax, or legal advice.

2. Quotes and Coverage

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not guarantees of coverage or price. Final rates, eligibility, and issuance are determined solely by the insurance carrier through its underwriting process. Product availability varies by state.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to use this website only for lawful purposes. Providing false information may result in denial of coverage or rescission of a policy by the carrier.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of obtaining insurance coverage. You may still contact us by phone or email without providing SMS consent.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction and active quote inquiries. You can typically expect approximately 2 to 6 messages per month, and additional messages directly in response to your inquiries or during an active insurance application or claim.

8. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

9. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt in again. You may also request removal by calling (949) 444-6915 or emailing andrewbaldiff@gmail.com.

11. Supported Carriers and Carrier Non-Liability

12. Privacy Policy

Your information is strictly protected as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

13. Intellectual Property

14. Limitation of Liability
